to be able to download and see the video films you need to install DivX first. depending on which files you are looking at you may need the old divx3 codec, or any new one. they are not compatible. some of the (older) divx files also have been encoded with wma-audio by mistake, you may have to upgrade the media player to see those. sorry. please be careful to download the videos only once, or this funky visual initiative might close down again soon.

atmosphere at the supermarket as provided by lebensfreude and klubgarnitur:

the waldorf crowd

  1. 101room @ vonrot -- nice organizers from milano, vodka-cranberry for free, people too cool, nobody dancing
  2. ausland re-opening -- now legalized but still undergroundish small place filled with a very pankowish crowd at early hour, probably got packed and dancy later on
  3. adidas store -- some people hanging tough, probably got empty soon
  4. boheme @ lore -- a chic people thing, but they were really nice and there was a good jazz combo playing
  5. rochen bar -- very neat undergroundish bar with people dancing to pop rock as provided by dj echomelly!
  6. ragga music @ zentral -- hip crowd in hip spirits waiting for the concerts to start, but we had to leave
  7. LF+KG @ empty lidl supermarket -- typical for these organizers: huge location successfully filled with people, easy fees, minimal techno, tasty vegetarian burgers = berliner subkult as it should be
  8. peaches and the detroit grand pubahs @ maria
  9. mount sims and the ural13 diktators @ no-ufos. and then there was this deejay, i think his name was savas, whom i handed one of the euroclash flyers. he autographed it and gave it back. all right, huh. guess i underestimated his importance.. *cough*
  10. andi+dani @ wmf -- i joined mount sims on the way to the wmf. i had never been on a tour bus before, very cute. during the drive the tour dog kept snapping at the balloon i collected at lore. wmf had its residents rocking the place with their reliable mixture of elaborate warm-hearted electro, even though i didn't hear a tune i heard the week before. must be a huge archive of records. faces reappeared from 7 parties before, but they no longer looked as fresh. time to get home. 7am again. hard to believe i only saw half of what was cool that night.
